Congress returns for work the first week of january. Here is what is ahead. The house has yet to decide on impeachment managers and sent the two articles of impeachment to the senate. The impeachment will hear the cases against President Trump eventually. We also expect the senate to take up the u. S. Canada mexico trade agreement, which of the house approved before leaving for the holidays. And congress will hear President Trump deliver a state of the Union Address on february 4. Bullet. They say if those tanks had more ethanol in them this couldve been much worse. I was step out of the way so you can see we are. We are at the front gates of this facility and there are a lot of people out here assessing the scene. Right now they are in the cleanup process of this situation. Cal oshas is prohibiting use of the facility and nustar said last night all operations and shipments are stopped for now. We dont know when the facility will be up and running. An Assessment Team has been here for hours touring the facility but still no word on the cause. The contra costa Fire Protection district held another News Conference with an update from the scene. As we know, two tanks containing 252,000 gallons of ethanol in total were destroyed in the fire at Nustar Petroleum Storage Facility in crockett. The remainder of the ethanol is being held by berms around the tank sites but we are told the liquid is largely a mixer of water and foam at this point. The teams here plan to rem
