The never-before-seen Roof Thirty Nine on the fourth floor of the Newcastle site opened on Saturday. Overlooking Northumberland Street, the new venue is serving up the best of British summertime, charcoal-fired menu and bespoke cocktails with homegrown botanicals. Roof Thirty Nine has also partnered with Hepple Spirits in the creation of a premium bespoke cocktail list created by Hepple’s Cocktail and Spirit Creator, Nick Strangeway.
