Matthew Clayton, 18, was charged Monday morning with two counts of capital murder, one for allegedly shooting into a vehicle and another for shooting from a vehicle. Rontavious Managan, 18, was charged with the same shortly after 30-year-old Jamarcus Jordan was killed on April 3. Officers and medics responded to Troy Highway near Eastern Boulevard shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 3 on a report of a person shot. Jordan was found at the scene suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound, and he was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, police have said. He d been shot multiple times, according to court records filed against the two teens.
