The Rev. Ronald P. Conner, an Episcopal priest and scholar who had served several parishes in the Washington area and was a chaplain at Washington National Cathedral, died Jan. 30 at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center in Bethesda. He was 65 and had aplastic anemia.
