The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) said a 59-year-old man from Hartford, Kansas was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after an ATV crash on Saturday.
The Jasper County Grand Jury met on Tuesday and after hearing evidence as submitted by District Attorney Anne Pickle and here staff handed down indictments charging individuals with various crimes.
