Former Biergarten building in downtown Springfield switches ownership for 2nd time 2 months; plans not revealed

SPRINGFIELD The former International Biergarten building downtown, sold just two months ago by the New England Farm Workers Council, was sold again last week, with plans not yet revealed.
Ronald Krupke of 1670 Main Street LLC, who bought the property in February for $700,000, sold it last week for $800,000, according to records on file with the Hampden County Registry of Deeds.
