PETALING JAYA: Analysts have expressed reservations about how Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) might respond to a recent suggestion by Bersatu for an alliance ahead of the next state election.

SHAH ALAM: In a swift about-turn, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has agreed to defend his post as Bersatu president in the next party polls after getting the blessings of his wife. He also denied that his announcement a day earlier not to defend his post at the polls due next year was a gimmick to fish for votes.
SHAH ALAM: Bersatu vice-president Ronald Kiandee has hinted at the possibility of the party working with Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) in the next Sabah elections.
SHAH ALAM: The Bersatu supreme council will hold an emergency meeting on Friday (Nov 24) to discuss party president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's announcement that he would not defend his position next year.
