Let’s face it. Trump isn’t going away after Jan. 20. While he has some 74 million votes in his pocket, don’t count on any GOP representative or senator saying anything negative against their ex-leader. Any Republican expecting to run for office after Jan. 20 will not speak against a president who cannot accept criticism or defeat.
While Trump still encourages his 30% of misinformed people, believing in his continuous, inveterate lies, no Republican seeking office will speak negatively of him.
Imagine a courageous Republican speaking up, immediately receiving a tweet from the ex-commander in chief, along with a death threat from one of Trump’s 30%.
