Global Survival Technology pioneer Survitec is teaming up with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd (NCLH), Independent Maritime Advisors Ltd, and a major shipbuilder to deliver a cruise ship design incorporating Survitec’s Seahaven, the world’s largest inflatable lifeboat. Survitec’s award-winning Seahaven Advanced Evacuation System has successfully passed heavy weather sea trials (HWST). Seahaven was deployed from EDT Jane, an 80m offshore support vessel.
