This winter has so far been mild, but it s still been a challenge for shelters trying to keep residents warm. Now, with a coming cold snap, concern for people with nowhere else to go is rising.
The city of Ottawa has issued a daytime winter weather parking ban for Saturday (Jan. 13) between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Only vehicles with on-street parking permits are permitted to park on city streets during the parking ban.
