Teri Hammarback, the co-president of the Heritage Village Foundation, said the nonprofit has just finished paying $27,000 in special assessments for another project on 20th Street Northeast. Hammarback said the special assessments for proposed work on Fifth Avenue Northeast will create additional burdens for the organization.
Starting in 2023, officers who have been with the department for one to four years will receive $3,000, those who’ve worked for the department for five to nine years will receive $4,000 and those who’ve worked for the department for more than 10 years will receive $5,000.
A subcommittee made up of City Administrator David Murphy, City Attorney Ron Galstad and City Council members Tim Riopelle, Brian Larson and Mark Olstad was created in August to review the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s enforcement investigation and to determine the recommendations to be made to the council
