We would have to ask a nurse to go and get our daughters body from the morgue, or wherever they were keeping her cooled, Jeremy Cotter said. Precious time for a grieving family. But, that grief led to an act of generosity. Last month, the cotters started fundraising for whats called a cuddle cot. Made in the uk, the device allows a childs body to be cooled, at a mothers bedside, preserving the body so it wont decompose. Her back to the morgue. Matt, the controversy surrounds what some may consider racist and pornographic pictures that a former Police Officer claims were created by police chief John Emswiler. This is video of chief emswiler from a story ktiv covered back in august. I spoke with the City Attorney, who was indirectly involved with the matter. He says the information in question was on the Police Chiefs private computer, and somehow it got to the shared drive. The City Attorney says mayor Daniel Leinen investigated the allegations, and determined that disciplinary action was appropriate. He then administered that discipline in accordance with city policy.
