The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, on Sunday that it arrested a trans-border drug dealer, identified as Pastor Anietie Okon Effiong with three drums of crystal methamphetamine, otherwise known as Mkpuru Mmiri, believed to have been imported from India.
