Dosarele deschise de DNA i-au grăbit sfârşitul fostului director general al Romgaz Târgu Mureş
Joi, 29 iulie, Tribunalul Mureş a pronunţat achitări în primă instanţă faţă de doi directori în Romgaz Târgu Mureş, Sergiu Victor Ban şi Gheorghe Matei.
Din păcate, cea de-a treia persoană trimisă în judecată de DNA în decembrie 2017 n-a mai apucat să audă sentinţa favorabilă, pentru că murit în primăvara anului 2019. Este vorba despre Pantelimon Avram, fost director general al sucursalei Romgaz Târgu Mureş, trimis în judecată pentru o presupusă faptă de instigare la abuz în serviciu.
