Police arrested a man who allegedly tried to rob a female dentist in her dental clinic in Barangay Malanday, Valenzuela City on Monday afternoon, April 4. Lt. Armando Delima, Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS) Sub-station 6 commander, identified the suspect as Romeo Manuel, 26, from Baseco Compo
