SPECTATORS returned to Chester Racecourse on Saturday for the first time in more than a year. Having been forced to hold race meetings behind closed doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the famous old track welcomed back a reduced crowd of 4,000 for Roman Day (May 29).
