Plans have been submitted for 37 homes and 31 bungalows to be built within the East Lindsey district.
The 37 homes will be situated next to Granary Close in Spilsby and the 31 bungalows on the land north of Thornfield in Wragby.
The two developments await approval and will go before East Lindsey Council’s planning committee in due course for a decision to be made.

The site is located on 1.8ha of land to the north western edge of Spilsby, between existing housing on Granary Close and Partney Road.

Grimsby Town manager Paul Hurst has made his fifth signing since rejoining the club, bringing in midfielder Idris El Mizouni on loan.
The 20-year-old joins the Mariners from League One side Ipswich Town until the end of the season.
Idris spent the first half of the 2020/21 season on loan at fellow League Two club Cambridge United but will now play for Grimsby for the rest of the campaign.
He made 22 appearances for Cambridge spread over two half-season spells at the club, scoring once against Grimsby’s local rivals Scunthorpe United.

James Norwood pulled a 37th minute goal back for Town after Tyler Smith and Tom Nichols had scored for Bristol Rovers with the scoreline 2-1 to the visitors at half-time.
Town boss Paul Lambert made six changes from the side which exited the FA Cup to Coventry on Tuesday.
Tomas Holy kept his place in goal with Cole Skuse skippering with Luke Chambers still out with his neck injury.
The veteran Bristolian, who was with Rovers as a schoolboy, made a rare start at right-back with Janoi Donacien unwell. Luke Garbutt was on the left with James Wilson partnering Luke Woolfenden at the centre of the defence.

Bristol Rovers recorded their first victory at Portman Road since Boxing Day 1958 as the Blues were beaten 2-1 by the 10-man Pirates, their third League One defeat of the season.
