Police continue to investigate the murder of Tampa rapper Rollie Bands who was shot and killed in broad daylight at his home just over a week ago. The shooting happened about 5 minutes after he dropped his location & posted, "If n as want smoke, I’m at my crib in 5 minutes” on his Instagram story.
