Stephen Chidwick both finished their Sunday online poker tournament sessions with yet another title in the bag. Grafton s victory came at
PokerStars while Chidwick was triumphant over at
Grafton was one of 75 entrants in the
$1,050 Sunday Cooldown event at PokerStars, where he recently joined the Team Pro stable. The field was compact, but crammed full of poker s biggest names. Grafton outlasted them all.
Only 11 of the starters finished in the money places, although many more saw a slight return on their investments due to the progressive knockout structure. Grafton s fellow Brit,
Conor 1 conor b 1 Beresford burst the money bubble, but banked $1,625 worth of bounties before he crashed out.
GG Spring Festival event at
GGPoker on April 4, although he did come away with $76,535 for his efforts.
Margereson was one of 525 entrants in the
H-02: $1,500 Marathon event, a tournament that saw $748,125 paid out despite the guarantee being set at $500,000. Seventy-one players received a slice of the prize pool with a min-cash weighing in at $2,936. This payout increased to $13,610 by the time only the final table of nine remained.
Two of our players reached the final table.
Patrick Leonard ran out of steam in sixth-place, turning his second bullet into $32,274, leaving Margereson as our sole representative. Margereson busted in third-place and secured a $76,535 prize, narrowly missing out on a six-figure haul.
âcrypticlineâ almost took down the
$10,000 Sunday Big Shot 11 but had to make do with the $1,358 consolation prize.
There was no bridesmaid finish for
âLaddy808â, however. The topped a field of 1,053 entrants in the
$20,000 Sunday Big Shot 22 and walked away with $3,260 for their $22 buy-in.
âboxyfoxâ helped themselves to the $5,834 top prize of the
$25,000 Sunday Big Shot 55. There were joined on the final table by

Geilich came out on top of a 4,286 strong field who helped smash the guarantee by $91,468. Geilichâs bankroll-boosting prize came after a 12.5 hour grind, one where
â[email protected]â finished ninthfor a $6,561 score.
Although impressive, Geilichâs haul was not the largest of our players at GGPoker this weekend. That honour went to
âN0HomeJeromeâ who won the
Global MILLION$ for a massive $112,712 payday.

Stephen Chidwick â second-place in the High Rollers Sunday Blade Opener for $63,959

Big Game tournaments every Sunday. There is a $2,600 High Roller Big Game, $530 Big Game, and a $55 Mini Big Game. Players calling the United Kingdom home shone brightly in these three events on January 10 with an outright victory, runner-up finish, and final table appearance.
Tommy Deane took down the
$55 Mini Big Game which saw 2,337 players buy-in. Deane emerged victorious with a $12,538 score in tow. This could have been larger but Deane was part of a three-way deal before marching onto victory.
