Nearly 300 Cumberland County residents have died from COVID-19. The families of Stephen “Brett” Moore and Beulah Melvin Kelly look past the numbers to remember individual lives the numbers represent.
Kelly was a Christian, a mother, loved people, loved to cook and always had a smile on her face, her sister said.
Moore was a caring father who loved baseball and got along with everyone, his family said.
The families of Moore and Kelly attended a vigil Tuesday evening at the Cumberland County Courthouse where a small intimate group gathered to remember the lives of local residents who the virus has claimed.
