The Khalapur police arrested three persons in connection with the death of two persons during the blasting of boulders at Panvel-Karjat railway work in Karjat on Friday evening.
The Khalapur police have booked the contractor and launched a manhunt for him after a mother and son died during the blasting of boulders near Vadvihir Bus stop in Karjat.
