The Bombay high court (HC) has extended the interim protection that it had granted to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his 'commander-in-thief' remark against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The affidavit in reply, filed by Shrishrimal through advocate Niteen Pradhan with Rohan Mahadik, states Gandhi could have preferred a revision application against the order before the Sessions Court instead of directly approaching the High Court with a quashing petition.
