The Toronto food writer offers more than 100 recipes for those cans of fish and seafood waiting conveniently in your pantry to be turned into good food. Ashley Lima has provided 20 superb photographs for the new edition.
Commercial versions of Asian stock may be found in some supermarkets as well as Asian specialty stores. You can substitute clams for the salmon; when making the soup, simmer the clams in the stock.
