Cookie belongs to pharmacist Steve Nicholas, owner of Rogers Drug Company, who got tired of sending his patients to other pharmacies to get their shots. So, he called us for help, and we sent out multi-store owner Jonathan Marquess (Georgia) to give Steve a hand getting his program started. Was it an udder disaster?
