The Driftwood Spars Brewery and brewpub in St Agnes will host a virtual beer festival on March 12, as their annual spring event – The Dark, The Light & The Saison – goes online for the first time in its 12-year history. The interactive event will bring together brewers and beer lovers from across the UK and beyond in a celebration of small, independent breweries and the diversity of styles they make across those three distinct categories. It will be dedicated to the memory of Pete Martin, Founding Brewer at The Driftwood Spars, who passed away suddenly in 2020; the event has been timed to coincide with what would have been his 58th birthday.
