Tony Orion Prewitt, 59, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024, in Fayetteville, NC. He was born March 27, 1964, in Kirksville, MO, a son of Karen (Treasure) Prewitt the late Roger Prewitt. He was a graduate of Keokuk High School, class of 1982. He went on to join the U.S. Air Force where he served for 8 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator during Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. He was also stationed at England Airforce Base, Louisiana and Bitburg Airforce Airbase, Germany. Tony was a Certified Surgical Technologist at Keokuk Area Hospital and most currently the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, NC. He enjoyed shark tooth hunting, relaxing on the beach with a cocktail, traveling the world, collecting baseball cards and whiskey, and cooking for his family. He was famous for his beef jerky, chicken wings, and bread pudding. More than anything else, he loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren.
