A Texarkana man is in custody after allegedly shooting and killing one man and seriously wounding another in a shooting that happened Sunday in the 200 block of Horsehoe Loop Rd in southwest Texarkana.
Bowie County Sheriff’s Office responded to 217 Horseshoe Loop Road in reference to the shooting yesterday after a 911 caller advised that a man had shot two people.
