Its 25 days since the Indian Government withdrew the regions special semi autonomous status, clamping down fiercely on dissent and arresting thousands of people. A judge sitting in scotlands highest civil court has rejected a request for an injunction, preventing the suspension of parliament, but says its in the Public Interest for a full hearing, as soon as possible. A group of 75 parliamentarians were seeking an interim interdict similar to an injunction at the court of session ahead of a full hearing.
