Construction has begun on a two-month project to improve a section of Basilio Badillo Street in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica. The heavily traveled road will be closed between Insurgentes and Aguacate streets in Emiliano Zapata. Expect detours & delays as well as changes to bus routes.
