Rodenberger Park in Santa Maria getting new playground structure

A new playground structure is coming to Rodenberger Park in Santa Maria.
City officials say the current 2725 Santa Barbara Drive will be fenced of starting May 17. They expect the construction to finish by mid-August.
It is set to include different slides and a swing set. A reservable field and fitness course will also be available to the community.
