‘Extremely Drunk’ Suspect In Custody After Valencia Deputy-Involved Fight At Henry Mayo
An “extremely drunk” suspect was taken into custody Monday evening after a Valencia deputy-involved fight at Henry Mayo Hospital.
Around 7:15 p.m. Monday, deputies received reports of a drunk individual at Henry Mayo Hospital on McBean Parkway in Valencia, said Lt. Rod Loughridge, with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“We got a call at the station that at the front entrance of the ER an extremely drunk person was refusing to see hospital staff,” Loughridge said.
When deputies arrived on scene, a use of force occurred, Loughridge said.
