ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Hispanic Heritage Month kicked off Saturday night with a concert at Martin Luther King Jr. Park. Event organizers say it’s exciting to spread education around Latino culture. The event had musicians, and great food. Roc'n Ritmo took the stage to perform live music.
