State police, representatives from the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and East Lyme police responded to Rocky Neck State Park Saturday after the man s body was discovered in the West Beach section of the 710-acre park . Authorities closed the park during the investigation, and the park reopened Sunday morning.
