Comedy Shrine expands in Fox Valley Mall in Aurora

The venue famed for standup comedy, improv shows, a comedy museum and classes previously operated in Naperville from 2005 to 2010, and at a different Fox Valley Mall location separate from the main building from 2011 to 2020.

Kellar s: A Modern Magic & Comedy Club kicks off its 2021 season this weekend with headliner Larry Wilson, who s excited to visit Erie and see the eponymous place that other entertainers have raved about since its opening in 2020. A number of other performers that I know who were there last year before things got shut down were saying, You re not gonna believe this place, said self-proclaimed comedy-magician Wilson. I can t wait to see it.
Formerly Jr. s Last Laugh Comedy Club, Kellar s has been refurbished and festooned with magic memorabilia, custom-designed interactive magic and illusion installations. The grand display of the golden age of magic posters is a sight to see along with original letters from Houdini, Kellar and other top magicians throughout history, according the club s website.
