Rockville Centre-based Catholic Health has named Dr. Jason Golbin as its new chief medical officer.
Golbin most recently served as the health care system’s senior vice president and chief quality and chief patient experience officer.
As chief medical officer, Golbin will lead quality, safety, regulatory, risk management and the experience of care across Catholic Health, pursuing clinical excellence and optimizing patient experience.
“During my tenure at Catholic Health, I have had the pleasure of working shoulder-to-shoulder with so many talented professionals,” Golbin said in a statement. “As we move forward and the health care needs of Long Islanders evolve, I’m excited to further enhance the level of care we provide to our patients.”
