Knox Couple Charged When Child Found Roaming Parking Lot A couple from Knox faces charges after police found their 3-year-old child wandering unsupervised in the parking lot of of the Rockland Ferry terminal. Rockland police located the child on April 27 at about 9 a.m. After posting the child s photo online, police were able located the parents Paul Mahonen Jr., 43, and Nicole Caven-Gardner, 32 at a nearby hotel room.
