A New Hampshire man is facing a murder charge, accused of fatally shooting his uncle at a popular lobster restaurant, the attorney general's office said Thursday.
In court Wednesday, one member of NSC-131, a white supremacist group active in New England, said "I am effectively being denied local counsel" after the group struggled to find a New Hampshire lawyer willing to represent them.
The New Hampshire Department of Justice is pursuing civil charges against two members of the hate group for allegedly hanging a racist banner in Portsmouth last summer.
