largely votes over 50 and if that changes for those voteders, their allegiance and other people can motivate more younger voters to come out to balance that. reporter: that s the thing and i spoke to another strategist down here, politico who made a really good point. the way you shift that generational divide and get younger voters in the game, numerically they are equal with baby boomers oerb maybe more. but the older church voters, they vote. younger voters need passion. and so the question is can any of those 23 other democrats ignite the kind of just base level rock star kind of passion that you saw in 1992 for bill clinton. that you saw in 2008 for barack obama? having a great policy or great profile or background, that isn t go doing it.
