Artists including A$AP Rocky, Common, Cypress Hill, De La Soul, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Naughty by Nature, Salt-N-Pepa and Public Enemy have been tapped for special editions of either Vevo Footnotes or Vevo ctrl. The network will also celebrate with special programming showcasing different aspects of hip-hop: Legends In Concert, Hip-Hop International, 2K Hip-Hop Legends, Rock Meets Rap, 70's Sampled Songs and '80's Sampled Songs are set to air this year. Kicking Vevo's celebration off is Chuck D's Footnotes episode, which gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at Public Enemy's Spike Lee-directed music video "Fight The Power."
