This deadly crash that claimed the life of that offduty deputy has backed up traffic for miles here headed east. You can see behind us here, you have the three left lanes of the freeway shut down for what is going to be a very extensive investigation that will last into the afternoon hours here. An offduty Alameda County sheriffs deputy who was killed friday morning during a crash on interstate 580 near livermore has been identified as sroeuy khin.
