ROCHESTER — The Ability Partners Foundation, which includes CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation, is taking strides for people of all abilities Oct. 14 as the 18th Annual 5K
State surveyors found that nearly all of Minnesota’s nursing homes received at least one out-of-compliance citation in the past fiscal year. The seriousness of those citations can vary widely.
