Premier Bank is planning to build a 14,400-square-foot, three-story complex of open land at the corner of 37th Street Northwest and U.S. Highway 52 in front of the Maplewood Square shopping center.
Northland Investment Corp. purchased the 154-unit, mixed-use Maven complex at 429 S. Broadway Ave. for $37.3 million. This is Northland’s second investment in Rochester and in Minnesota.
