The Mankato man was placed on probation last year after he entered a guilty plea to aiding an offender for his role in the shooting death of 38-year-old Brandon Arndt at a southeast Rochester mobile home park. Klindworth-Woods was given credit for the 374 days he previously served in jail.

A second weapons-related charge was dropped through the plea deal. Salley was arrested in January of last year following the shooting death of 24-year-old Trevor Boysen in the parking lot of The Quarters Apartment Complex near the Rochester Community and Technical College Campus. Rochester police obtained a security camera video that shows Salley getting into a car, and then after exiting the vehicle, firing a gun at the car. The video then shows Boysen exiting the car before he collapsed on the pavement. A half dozen spent shell casings were found at the scene.
