Directors Dealings S-Ventures (Aquis Exchange: SVEN), announces that certain Directors of the Company have transferred beneficial interests in their shareholdings to family members. These shares (excepting for those transferred by David Mitchell) remain subject to lock-on agreements as per the Admission Document published on 1 September 2020. The details are as follows: On 16 April 2021, Scott Paul Livingston, Chief Executive Officer, transferred for nil consideration 20,000 Ordinary Shares which had been held by Mr Livingston personally, to the following family members: Francesca Annabelle Livingston (daughter): 10,000 Ordinary Shares Charles Antonio Livingston (son): 10,000 Ordinary Shares Following the above transaction, Mr Livingston s total beneficial interest in the Company s Ordinary Shares remains as 45,415,768, representing approximately 57.34% of the issued share capital, of which 40,000 shares are held by immediate family
