Table-toppers Bashundhara Kings began the second phase of the Bangladesh Premier League in style as the giants crushed Uttar Baridhara Club by 6-0 goals in the first match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.
The Latin trio - Raul Oscar Becerra, Jonathan da Silveira Fernandes Reis and Robson Azevedo da Silva Robinho scored two goals each as the reigning champions completed a big win in their first return leg match.

Defending champions Bashundhara Kings continued domination in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League by crushing runners-up Dhaka Abahani Limited by 4-1 goals in their 12th league match at Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital on Sunday.
In the high voltage game, Argentine forward Raul Oscar Becerra scored a brace while Iranian defender Khaled Shafiei and Brazilian midfielder Jonathan da Silveira Fernandes Reis added one each for Kings. Haitian forward Kervens Fils Belfort netted the sole goal for Dhaka Abahani.

Defending champions Bashundhara Kings made a memorable debut at their new home venue, the Shaheed Dhirendranath Dutta Stadium in Cumilla, as they defeated Brothers Union Limited by a solitary margin in their third match of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League on Saturday.
Kings Brazilian forward Robson Azevedo da Silva Robinho netted the match-winner in the second half and brought a smile to the faces of thousands of Bashundhara Kings fans at a jam-packed stadium in Cumilla.

Country’s top tier outfit Bashundhara Kings retained the title for the second consecutive time as they beat Saif Sporting Club Limited by 1-0 goal in the final. Argentine-born Chilean forward Raul Oscar Becerra netted the match-winner in the 52nd minute.
