We begin this morning with a lifethreatening flood putting millions at risk as tropical depression barry churns its way inland officials concerned the flash flooding could dump more than 20 inches of rain in louisiana and wash out six other states. The coast guard rescuing 12 people this weekend who are left stranded in flooded homes. Nbcs Dan Scheneman reports. Reporter barry has been downgraded, but is still dangerous.
