A majority of Roberto’s is imported from Italy- from the flour, the cold cuts of meat, and the cheese selection to the olive oil and wine.
In fact, they imported
a whole pizza oven from Italy, the Alfa Forni wood-and-gas fired pizza oven, to make sure their pizzas are as authentic as possible.
