Schenectady County Judge Matthew Sypniewski called Jennifer Dolezsar a thief and said he doubted she would repay the money she systematically stole from the practice over several years. The judge on Tuesday sentenced Dolezsar to two to six years in prison. The sentencing followed her prior guilty plea plea to a charge of second-degree grand larceny.
