5:08 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a motionless man under the Interstate 95 overpass. Upon response, police made contact with a man who appeared to be asleep. The male subject later said he was going to see a friend on Gosling Road and was all set.
9:10 a.m.: Police notified the Department of Public Works after a Greenland Road caller said that furniture had been left on her property. Police later said the furniture was left curbside for a yard sale at Robert J. Lister Academy but were uncertain how it got on the caller s property.
10 a.m.: Written warning issued to a Middle Road and South Street driver.
Caroline Arakelian named SAU 21 interim superintendent

The SAU 21 Joint Board voted Dec. 17 to appoint Arakelian to the position starting Jan. 1.
SAU 21 consists of the school districts of Hampton Falls, North Hampton, Seabrook, South Hampton and Winnacunnet.
Arakelian, who currently serves as SAU 21’s executive director of student services, replaces Bill Lupini.
Prior to joining the SAU 21 leadership team, Arakelian served as the director of special services with Winnacunnet High School from 2016-19. She has also served as transition and out-of-district coordinator at Winnacunnet, a research associate with the Institute on Disability at the University of New Hampshire, and a special education teacher at the Robert J. Lister Academy (formerly Portsmouth Alternative Secondary School).
