Two men and a woman who have quietly worked to better the Santa Maria Valley were recognized Thursday night along with a pair of nonprofit organizations
The Santa Maria Valley Chamber s annual awards gala took place Thursday, Sep 21 at the new Fine Arts Complex at the Allen Hancock College s Santa Maria campus.
The event celebrated the individuals, businesses and organizations who have made a positive impact on the community. It included a cocktail hour followed by an awards ceremony.
